The Brief - Film a 1-day event spread across the British Library complex and in their conference venue. Included must be full coverage of several keynote presentations and panel discussions, breakout sessions
The Project - We had to deliver this live, streamed across the internet, with a highlight video at the end of the day.
The Kit - 4 4K cameras, vision mixer, web streaming, interview setup, large screens and audio inside conference venue, roving cameras in main library and interview setup
What's most amazing - the highlight edit that you can see here had to be finished and delivered by 4PM SAME DAY for playback at a sponsor drinks reception that evening! Delivered on time by Hallmark.
